Hey! I’m Beto Villegas, designer for PartnerHero. I’m from Honduras but grew up in Venezuela and Guatemala for around 4 years and then came back to Honduras.
I’m married and have no kids, yet; but that’s about to change. I wanted to be an agricultural engineer early on, following my dad’s steps, but job opportunities were lacking, so I did the next logical thing, go to culinary school and became a chef.
I absolutely love music. I've been playing guitar since I was 17-ish years old, and boy is it a financial rabbit hole. Some of my favorite bands and artists that are on my constant rotation are Cory Wong, John Mayer, Foo Fighters, and Vulfpeck.
There’s two important goals that we want to achieve with my wife this year: 1. Having a Baby, and 2. Buying a house
By the end of the day, we’re trying to be consistent with my wife at reading the Bible, talking about how we’re doing and how our day was. And on Saturdays we love to go to church and be part of the worship team. I’m currently a graphic designer for PH, and boy am I in my salsa.
Initially, I was a web designer for BentoBox and there were two amazing years in which I learned A LOT, made good friends along the way, and developed some new skills, but I felt that I needed to take the next step in my career.
Working at PH has been a blast and the best company I’ve worked with. I’ve grown here and my plan is to continue here for the rest of my days.
