Hi! I’m Elder. I’m 29 years old and I'm from Brazil. I started working with PartnerHero back in 2019 as a Customer Support Agent. And now I'm a Team Lead for an amazing partner. I was born and raised in a small town called Vinhedo, and I still live here nowadays because I simply love this place and I get to stay close to my family. And I have a BIG family.

I studied advertising and marketing and now I’m completing a graduate course in Communication where I study Ethics and Compliance. I chose this field because I really like dealing with different people and learning about the things that motivates us to do what we do.

Every now and then, I love to learn something new, so I have many hobbies: Cooking a special meal for my family and friends, reading, playing the guitar and the ukulele, or going outdoors to take pictures of the night sky cause I like photography, and astronomy. I even made science videos for YouTube a few years ago! But one of my biggest passions is old cars.

Something a lot of people don't know about me, I was one of the founders of a Vintage Car Club here in my city and I have a 1975 VW Beetle that I restored with my dad. We always end up with the smell of oil and gasoline, but it’s still a lot of fun!

PartnerHero has been one of the best things that happened to me. I’m really grateful for being part of a company with so many amazing people.

As a people manager, I always have good opportunities to put into practice everything I’ve learned in life. If there’s one thing I believe is that people should always come first! I'm so glad to work with people who share the same values.
