Hi everyone!
My name is Eduardo and I’m a Customer Support associate. I’m originally from Brazil and moved to Japan right after turning 18 where I lived for 30 years. I’ve worked in many jobs, from car factories to travel agencies but the job that I liked the most was at a telecom company where I had the pleasure to work with people from more than 20 different countries.
When I’m not working, I like to walk around the city, meet new people, and do crochet, which I started during the Covid pandemic. I also like learning about different cultures and languages. I’ve been to a couple of countries but I still want to travel more!
I believe that every person has a mission in this life, like, a purpose, and I’m still looking for mine. Every night, I cook some dinner as I like to make it as much as I can. Lately, I was reading about what ingredients go well with others. Did you know that tomatoes and cucumbers shouldn’t be eaten together?
I love my current position because it allows me to use my experience in customer support, which I like very much. I’m a bit of a neat freak, and keeping things organized makes me happy. Solving customers’ problems is sort of organizing that problem, which gives me pleasure.
So, this is me! A simple guy that loves what he does. If you ever need tips on things to do in Japan, just drop a line!
Thank you for watching and see you around!
