Hello, my name is Carlos but most people call me Panda, and I'm one of People Operations leads. I've been working at PartnerHero for more than 2 years now, and this is my story.
Since I was a kid I always loved animated movies, cartoons, and Power Rangers! Although I'm a Panda my favorite movie is Aladdin! (Whispers) I know all the songs by the way.
I consider myself a big kid. I went to the movies dressed as a panda when "Kung Fu Panda 3" hit theaters, and I do have a collection of Power Rangers' toys. I also have a rocker side. Last year, I was able so see my favorite band LIVE: "Epica" and Rob the bass player gave me his wrist band at the end of the concert.
Last November, I married my best friend Mrs. Panda, and I love my life as a husband. It is a daily adventure learning new things from each other, planning trips, planning our future and enjoying awesome food.
I've been in the outsourcing industry for 8 years now, and the most important lesson I've learned is caring for others. And that is what I enjoy the most about being part of the People Ops team. Here I have enough reach to help out in a lot of ways, such as: metrics support, conflict resolution, leads training and even counseling!
My road at PartnerHero has been awesome and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.
