Hello, my name is Allan and I have been with Partnerhero for 4 years 4 months and 30 days. Not that I’m counting.

It has been a long and interesting journey, moving from different roles to doing what I love: helping others.

I currently work in the People Operations department as a Global Recruiter. Definitely one of the roles I have enjoyed the most!

I am a VERY outgoing and social human being. I can make friends very easily and I love to interact with others. You need something? I’m pretty sure I know somebody that knows somebody at least.

I was born and raised in San Pedro Sula and I have lived here my entire life. I love my family to death and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them. I am the only boy out of 5 and I have never felt so lucky, not because of them, but because they have me, haha.

I am a big fan of sports and pretty much anything that involves extreme adventure. From playing paintball with minimum protection to looking for black bears in Texas, yeah you heard it right.

But soccer is my thing. I’ve played it since was a kid and I love it. There’s no other thing that will take stress away and make my day better than playing soccer. I play it almost 4-5 times a week and it helps me keep my figure. Skinny that is.

I can’t forget my little puppy though. Yeah, I was being sarcastic with the “little’ adjective. He thinks he is a human by the way.

The most important part of knowing me would be how much I care for those around me. My family, my friends, and my PartnerHero family as well. I always put others before myself and try to look for any possible way to help. Part of my life’s purpose has always been serving others.
