Hi, I’m Alexandra, but you can call me Alex, I’m 26 years old and I’ve been at PartnerHero for over three years. I’m currently working as a Team Manager for a very cool partner called BentoBox.
Hello, my name is Allan and I have been with Partnerhero for 4 years 4 months and 30 days. Not that I’m counting.
I worked at a call center almost three years, moving from agent, to mentor, to QA Department and ended up being a supervisor for about two years. It was a really good experience, where I learned many things that helped me grow personally and professionally. However, after a couple of months of being a supervisor, the learning experience disappeared. We were on a loop with a monotonous routine.
Embracing growth, by definition, is about developing our skills and staying open to change. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Embracing growth for me, is having your world turned upside down and still being able to see it as a learning opportunity.
There's a commitment happening at PartnerHero to intentionally share our mission and culture outside the company with historically vulnerable communities. Here's what we're working on this year.
Meet Carol Wood, Operations Manager at PartnerHero.
1989 was a year marked by revolutionary sociopolitical and scientific changes. Let's focus on WWW.
Culture brings intention to what we do. From the partners we serve to the associates who work with us, we share a set of core values that guide our actions, words, intentions. PartnerHero’s culture is what sets us apart, not only from other BPOs but from other companies.
In the rapidly evolving landscape of customer service and AI, the integration of technology is not just a trend—it's a transformation. At PartnerHero, we are excited to embrace that journey.
Working remotely has been a hot-button topic for the past few years. There are companies who have said no way and companies who hold that it’s the best way.
Everyone knows the benefits of getting mentored, but what about being a mentor? Being a mentor is a great way to continue to grow your own professional career, as well as those you mentor.
Almost every week, without fail, a PartnerHero associate will approach me and ask for some time to chat. Once we are on the call or meeting face-to-face, I ask them how can I help you?
