Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

Net Revenue Retention is a metric represented as a percentage of overgoing revenue retained from existing customers in a specific period. This can be calculated by dividing the subtraction of total revenue from a specific period of time minus revenue churn by the revenue at the start of the same period of time.

This metric can help a company visualize any positive or negative income on their customer retention strategies. It also helps them identify growth opportunities and how they can improve their retention strategies.
