Hello, my name is Allan and I have been with Partnerhero for 4 years 4 months and 30 days. Not that I’m counting.
I worked at a call center almost three years, moving from agent, to mentor, to QA Department and ended up being a supervisor for about two years. It was a really good experience, where I learned many things that helped me grow personally and professionally. However, after a couple of months of being a supervisor, the learning experience disappeared. We were on a loop with a monotonous routine.
Embracing growth, by definition, is about developing our skills and staying open to change. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. Embracing growth for me, is having your world turned upside down and still being able to see it as a learning opportunity.

A little over a year ago, we launched Sidekick as an internal tool to help our support teams atmanage Quality Assurance. Since the beginning of 2018, we’ve allowed open registration for Sidekick so that any customer support team in the world could use it in their own peer review and QA flow.
